Application and Operation Instructions Step 1: Prepare pad head mold, clean surface, prepare silicone base, catalyst, scale, stirring rod and vacuum degassing machine. Step 2: Weigh silicone base and catalyst at 100:2 to 100:3 ratio. More catalyst means faster curing. Step 3: Stir slowly in same direction for 2 to 3 minutes until thoroughly mixed. Step 4: Vacuum degas for 3 to 5 minutes until no more bubbles rise. Step 5: Pour slowly into mold from one side to avoid bubbles. Step 6: Cure at room temperature 3 to 4 hours, demold, rest 24 hours before use.
