Summary: HY-E640 is a 40 Shore A addition curing platinum silicone for cement castings, stone panels and heavy decorative parts.
A firm platinum cure rubber. It keeps wide panels flat and deep cavities in shape.
HY-E640, 40 Shore A, parts A and B, mixed 1:1 or 10:1, translucent, -60C to 200C, packed in 1/5/20/25/200kg.
Low shrinkage, high tear strength, steady hardness between batches, smooth flow into deep texture. Addition cure, so no by-products are released and the master is not attacked.
Weigh both parts, mix for two to three minutes, vacuum degas, then pour from one corner and let the silicone rise through the texture. Cure at room temperature or with heat, and demould once the surface is dry.
Cement castings, artificial stone panels, wall decor, planter and statue moulds, heavy PU parts.
Panels stay flat, edges hold up through repeated casting, and a trial can start at 10kg.
