Model HY-9055 is a new type of thermal conductive insulation silicone synthesized from organics, designed to solve transformer pain points—heat accumulation, high-voltage breakdown and electromagnetic interference. It is liquid before mixing (Component A: dark gray fluid; Component B: white fluid), cures into a low-shrinkage, dense protective layer, forming a reliable thermal conductive insulation system to ensure stable, safe operation of transformers, far exceeding ordinary Electronic Potting Compound in transformer application adaptability. Technical Specifications (Model HY-9055)
This product is a two-component transformer protection potting silicone: Component A is dark gray fluid, Component B is white fluid, with dynamic viscosity of 3000±500 mPa·s. The mixing ratio is 1:1 by weight; operable time is 30-60 minutes at 25℃, curing time is 4-5 hours at 25℃ or 20 minutes at 80℃. After curing, it reaches Shore A hardness 55±5, linear expansion coefficient ≤2.2×10⁻⁴ m/(m·k), thermal conductivity ≥0.8 W/(m·k), dielectric strength ≥25 kv/mm, dielectric constant 3.0-3.3 (1.2MHz), volume resistivity ≥1.0×10¹⁶ Ω·cm, UL94-V1 flame retardancy. How to Use
1. Preparation: Fully stir Component A and B separately in their respective containers to ensure uniform material composition without stratification, critical for stable thermal conductivity and high-voltage insulation performance.
2. Mixing: Blend Component A and B strictly according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly to guarantee consistent thermal conductivity, insulation and curing performance for transformer components.
3. Deaeration (Optional): After mixing evenly, place the glue into a vacuum container and deaerate for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa to remove air bubbles, avoiding heat accumulation and high-voltage breakdown caused by bubbles.
4. Potting & Curing: Pour the treated silicone onto transformer electronic components (windings, circuits); cure at room temperature or heat to accelerate (80℃ for 20 minutes). In low winter temperatures, proper heating can accelerate vulcanization to match transformer mass production rhythm.
