HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Silicone for Solar Inverters (Model HY-9325) is a high-performance two-component RTV silicone, specially engineered for solar inverter protection. Mixed at 1:1 weight ratio, it is low-viscosity, cures deeply quickly at room temperature, featuring excellent waterproof, UV resistance, high insulation and UL94-V1 flame retardancy. As a core product matching our liquid silicone, RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, Industrial mold silicone rubber, Pad Printing Silicone and Silicone Encapsulant, it adheres well to PC, PP, metals and solar inverter substrates, meets EU ROHS, with 1-year shelf life, customizable parameters and multiple packaging options for bulk solar inverter production.

Model HY-9325 is tailored for solar inverters—core equipment of photovoltaic systems, designed to solve inverter pain points: outdoor UV radiation, temperature extremes, rain erosion and circuit insulation risks. It forms a dense protective layer after curing, ensuring long-term stable operation of inverter internal components, far exceeding ordinary Electronic Potting Compound in photovoltaic scene adaptability.

Technical Specifications (Model HY-9325)

This product is a two-component potting silicone for solar inverters: Component A and B are both viscous liquids, Component A has a viscosity of 500±100 cps. Mixing ratio is 1:1 by weight, operable time 30-120 minutes, initial curing time 3-5 minutes, full curing time 24 hours (affected by ambient temperature and humidity). After curing, it reaches Shore A hardness 25±2, thermal conductivity ≥0.2 W(m·K), dielectric strength ≥25 kv/mm, dielectric constant 3.0~3.3 (1.2MHz), volume resistivity ≥1.0×10¹⁶ Ω·cm, UL94-V1 flame retardancy. Other models and customizable parameters are available on request.

How to Use

1. Preparation: Fully stir Component A in its container to mix settled black pigment evenly; shake Component B thoroughly to ensure uniform material composition without stratification, critical for inverter outdoor protection performance.
2. Mixing: Blend Component A and B strictly according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly to guarantee consistent insulation, waterproof and curing performance for solar inverter components.
3. Deaeration (Optional): After mixing evenly, place the mixed liquid into a vacuum container and deaerate for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa to remove air bubbles, avoiding circuit short circuits caused by bubbles.
4. Potting & Curing: Pour the treated silicone onto solar inverter circuit boards and components; cure at room temperature, proceed to the next process after initial curing, and ensure 24 hours for full curing to achieve optimal outdoor protection.
