Technical Specifications
This product is a two-component addition-curing electronic potting silicone, with Component A and B both being viscous liquids (settled fillers included). The mixing ratio of A and B can be customized according to communication equipment requirements; operable time is adjustable (30-120 minutes), full curing time is 24 hours (room temperature or heating curing optional). It operates stably from -60℃ to 220℃, with excellent anti-EMI performance, high insulation and strong adhesion. All parameters (hardness, viscosity, curing speed) can be customized to meet the specific needs of communication device production.
How to Use
1. Preparation: Fully stir Component A in its container to mix settled fillers evenly; shake Component B thoroughly to ensure uniform material composition without stratification, critical for anti-EMI and signal stability performance.
2. Mixing: Blend Component A and B strictly according to the customized weight ratio, stir thoroughly to guarantee consistent insulation, anti-EMI and curing performance for communication components.
3. Deaeration (Optional): After mixing evenly, place the glue into a vacuum container and deaerate for 3 minutes under 0.01MPa to remove air bubbles, avoiding signal interference and insulation failure caused by bubbles.
4. Potting & Curing: Pour the treated silicone onto communication components (PCBs, modules, chips); cure at room temperature or heat to accelerate. Proceed to the next process after basic curing, and ensure 24 hours for full curing to achieve optimal protection and signal stability.
