Available in addition-cured and condensation-cured formulas, this optical-grade Electronic Potting Compound focuses on encapsulation, sealing and gap filling for various optoelectronic products. It features exceptional bonding performance toward PCB, PC, PMMA, CPU and mainstream substrates like aluminum and copper. The cured silicone works stably at -60℃ to 220℃, absorbing internal thermal stress to protect chips and bonding wires from thermal fatigue and external physical damage.
