HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone is a professional Jelly Silicone Gel made from high-quality Silicone raw materials. This two-component addition curing silicone provides outstanding sealing, waterproofing, shock absorption, and insulation for liquid‑type HEPA filters, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, and precision components. It bonds strongly to aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, PC, PP, ABS, and PVC, making it ideal for high-temperature equipment and electronic assembly.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately in their containers.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into liquid tank filter grooves.

Cure at room temperature for 3–8 hours or heat at 80–100℃ for 20 minutes.
