As a professional Addition Curing Silicone product, it offers excellent sealing, moisture-proofing and shockproofing effects, with strong adhesion to metals and plastics. Our Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is composed of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable), designed specifically for sealing, insulation and moisture-proofing in industrial scenarios. It is the first choice for liquid tank type HEPA air filters, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing and precision electronic components, as well as high-temperature equipment like ovens and induction cookers. Different from ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, our product adopts advanced Platinum cured mold silicone technology, ensuring stable performance and safe use.

How to Use

1. Stir Component A and B separately in their own containers before mixing.

2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours, or 80-100℃ for 20 minutes in low-temperature environments.
