HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone, also called Liquid Tank Adhesive and Jelly Silicone Gel , is a high-performance two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber. Made of high-purity Silicone raw materials, it is an excellent Filter Potting Silicone with strong adhesion, excellent sealing and high-temperature resistance. Suitable for liquid tank type HEPA air filters, optical electronics and high-temperature equipment, it meets the quality standards of Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone, helping global buyers reduce production costs and improve product durability.

Product Overview

Our Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is a professional Addition Curing Silicone product, composed of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). It is designed for sealing, moisture-proofing, shockproofing and insulation, with good adhesion to aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel and common plastics (PC, PP, ABS, PVC). Different from ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, it adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, ensuring stable performance and no harmful by-products.

How to Use

1. Before mixing, stir Component A and B separately in their own containers to ensure uniform consistency.

2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to avoid uneven mixing.

3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour evenly into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours; for low-temperature environments, heat curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes is recommended.
