Our Liquid Tank Filter Silicone consists of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable), designed for sealing, insulation and moisture-proofing in industrial scenarios. It has strong adhesion to aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel and common plastics (PC, PP, ABS, PVC), providing comprehensive protection for electronic components and filters. Compared with ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, it adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, ensuring safe and stable performance.

How to Use
1. Before mixing, fully stir Component A and B separately in their own containers to ensure uniform consistency.
2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to avoid uneven mixing.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour evenly into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours; for low-temperature environments, heat curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes is recommended.
