Made of high-purity Silicone raw materials, this Filter Potting Silicone is easy to operate, with wide application scenarios and excellent performance. It meets the quality standards of Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone, helping buyers simplify operation processes and expand application scope.

Product Overview

Our Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is a two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, with transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). It is designed for easy operation, suitable for both beginners and experienced operators, with clear steps and flexible curing methods. Unlike ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber that is difficult to operate, our product has low viscosity and simple mixing ratio, suitable for various scenarios such as HEPA filters, electronics and high-temperature equipment.

How to Use

3. Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly into the target slot (no complex processes).

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h, or 80-100℃ for 20min (flexible curing, adapting to different environments).
