HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone, also known as Jelly Silicone Gel , Liquid Tank Sealant and Liquid Tank Adhesive , is a premium two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber made of high-purity Silicone raw materials. As a professional Addition Curing Silicone, it is non-toxic, odor-free and eco-friendly—solving the common odor problem of ordinary silicone products. This Filter Potting Silicone offers excellent sealing and adhesion, suitable for HEPA air filters and electronics, meeting ISO, CE, RoHS and SGS standards. It shares the same quality as our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone, helping buyers avoid return risks and access global markets smoothly.

Product Overview

Our Liquid Tank Filter Silicone consists of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable), designed for sealing, moisture-proofing and insulation. Unlike ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber that may have odor residues, our product adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, ensuring no harmful by-products or odor during curing. It bonds well with aluminum, galvanized steel and plastics (PC, PP, ABS, PVC), making it ideal for liquid tank type HEPA air filters, optical electronics and high-temperature equipment.

How to Use

1. Stir Component A and B separately to avoid stratification.

2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

3. Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h, or 80-100℃ for 20min in low-temperature environments.
