HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone, also known as Liquid Tank Adhesive and Jelly Silicone Gel , is a flexible two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber made of high-quality Silicone raw materials. As a professional Addition Curing Silicone, this Filter Potting Silicone offers flexible customization options and stable batch consistency, suitable for mass production. Product Overview

Our Liquid Tank Filter Silicone consists of transparent Component A and blue Component B, with full customization support for color, packaging and formula. Different from ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, it adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, ensuring fast curing and stable performance, which is suitable for mass production of HEPA air filters and electronic components. It bonds well with various metals and plastics, providing reliable sealing and protection.

How to Use

1. Stir Component A and B separately to avoid stratification affecting performance.

2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

3. Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h, or 80-100℃ for 20min to speed up curing.
