HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is a high-seal Addition Curing Silicone product, also named Liquid Tank Sealant and Jelly Silicone Gel . Made of high-purity Silicone raw materials, this Filter Potting Silicone offers excellent sealing, moisture-proofing and insulation performance, suitable for optical electronics, LCD manufacturing and precision electronic components. It meets the quality standards of Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone, helping buyers improve product stability and service life.

Product Overview

Our Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is a two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber , with transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). It is specially designed for electronic and LCD manufacturing, providing reliable sealing, moisture-proofing and shockproofing protection. Unlike ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, it adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, ensuring no harmful by-products, which is safe for precision electronic components.

How to Use

1. Stir Component A and B separately in their own containers to ensure uniformity.

2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into electronic components or filter slots.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; heating curing is recommended for faster and more complete curing.
