Our Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is composed of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable), designed specifically for industrial sealing and potting. It is the first choice for liquid tank type HEPA air filters, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing and precision electronic components, as well as high-temperature equipment like ovens and induction cookers. Different from ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, it adopts advanced Platinum cured mold silicone technology, ensuring stable performance and long service life.

How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their own containers before mixing to avoid stratification.
2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to ensure full integration.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove air bubbles, then pour into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot.
4. Cure at room temperature (25℃) for 3-8 hours; heating curing (80-100℃, 20 minutes) is recommended in winter.
