Industrial grade Potting Compound from HONG YE SILICONE is dual-part liquid silicone adopting Addition Curing Silicone technology. Serving as Jelly Silicone Gel and Liquid Tank Silicone, it uses high-purity Silicone raw materials to become premium Silicone Potting Compound. Featured with RTV 2 performance, low viscosity and dual curing, it provides excellent waterproof, insulation and anti-aging functions for filters, circuit boards and high-temperature devices, a cost-effective option for industrial bulk buyers.

Product Overview

This electronic potting silicone is classic RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, also named Liquid Tank Sealant and encapsulation adhesive. Composed of transparent Part A and color adjustable Part B, it is high elastic and environment-friendly. It is the first-choice potting material for liquid tank high-efficiency filter, air outlet device and precision electronic modules, matching the quality level of Rapid prototyping silicone.

Technical Specifications

1:1 weight ratio for A/B components; 3 minutes vacuum degassing. Natural curing 3-8 hours at room temperature, 20 minutes fast curing at 80~100℃. Multiple barrel sizes available, sealed storage valid for 1 year, delivered as non-hazardous goods.
