Product Description

Developed for industrial sealing, this Silicone Potting Compound is high-performance RTV 2 Silicone Rubber made of refined Silicone raw materials. As typical Addition Curing Silicone, it acts as Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive and Filter Potting Silicone, also used as Liquid Tank Sealant for air filter systems. Dual-component, customizable color and dual curing design fit all seasons. High toughness and chemical stability suit LCD, precision electronics and high-temperature equipment perfectly.

Product Overview

This Electronic Potting Compound is dual-component liquid silicone , commonly known as Jelly Silicone Gel and Liquid Tank Adhesive . Part A is transparent liquid, while Part B color can be adjusted arbitrarily. Safe, eco-friendly and high toughness, it has perfect sealing effect after curing, widely used in liquid tank filter, electronic component and power module potting.

Technical Specifications

A/B mixing proportion 1:1 by weight; 3 minutes degassing under 0.08MPa pressure. Room temperature curing time 3-8 hours, heating curing 20 minutes at 80~100℃. Complete packaging specifications, 1 year sealed shelf life, non-dangerous transportation standard.

Product Features

How to Use

Fully stir Part A and Part B separately in original packaging barrels.

Mix two components accurately according to 1:1 weight ratio.

Stir uniformly then carry out vacuum degassing before pouring use.

Control curing temperature to obtain ideal elasticity and sealing performance.
