It offers excellent adhesion, flexibility, high and low temperature resistance, and oil‑free curing. Safe, eco‑friendly, and compatible with metals and engineering plastics, it is widely used in cleanrooms, electronics manufacturing, and high‑temperature equipment.

HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone is a professional two‑component Filter Potting Silicone ideal for liquid tank HEPA air filters, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, precision components, and high‑temperature equipment. As a reliable Liquid Tank Sealant and Electronic Potting Compound, it provides stable sealing, moisture protection, shock resistance, and insulation for industrial applications.

Product Features & Advantages

This Addition Curing Silicone delivers outstanding chemical stability, toughness, and elasticity. It features excellent weather, corrosion, water, and wide‑temperature resistance, absorbing thermal stress without cracking. Low viscosity ensures easy potting. It cures at room or elevated temperature with strong adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel, PC, ABS, PVC, and PP. The cured gel is oil‑free, non‑toxic, and produces zero byproducts.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08 MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the filter tank.

Cure 3–8 hours at room temperature, or 20 minutes at 80–100°C.
