HONG YE SILICONE Transparent Electronic Potting Silicone for Low Temperature Cofired Ceramics (LTCC) is a high-performance two-component Addition Curing Silicone, also known as Silicone Encapsulant and Electronic Potting Compound, tailored for LTCC protection. Crafted from high-purity Silicone raw materials, it features a 1:1 weight mixing ratio, high transparency (95% transmittance at 450nm), excellent UV resistance and wide temperature adaptability (-50℃ to 250℃). It cures quickly, fills fine gaps of LTCC, ensures insulation and light transmission, complies with EU RoHS, and supports full parameter customization (around 198 characters).

How to Use

  1. Pre-Mix Preparation: Mix Component A and Component B in a dry container, stir evenly, then let stand for defoaming or vacuum degassing to eliminate air bubbles, ensuring no bubbles affect LTCC encapsulation and light transmission.
  2. Component Preparation: Clean the LTCC components to be encapsulated thoroughly, dry them (ensure LTCC substrates and chips are dry before encapsulation), then pour the mixed glue onto the components to ensure full infiltration.
  3. Curing: Place the encapsulated LTCC components in an oven for curing; adjust the curing speed by changing the temperature, and ensure full curing to achieve optimal light transmission and insulation performance.
