Product Overview

Available in addition curing and condensation curing formulas, this fireproof Electronic Potting Compound supports encapsulation, sealing and pressure-resistant filling for various electronic components. It features outstanding adhesion and thermal stability for PCB, PC, PMMA, CPU and mainstream substrates including aluminum, copper and stainless steel. The cured silicone runs stably from -60℃ to 220℃, absorbs internal thermal stress and protects chips and bonding wires from overheating and fire-related damage.
