Manufactured by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology Co., Ltd. with 18 years of industry expertise, this RTV-2 silicone delivers exceptional flowability, ultra-low shrinkage, and outstanding tear resistance — making it the preferred choice for professional mold makers, artisans, and manufacturers worldwide.

Our low-viscosity formula flows freely and self-levels, capturing intricate details down to 0.01mm with remarkable precision. ② Extended Mold Life & High Durability
Formulated with high-quality vinyl silicone oil and premium platinum catalyst, the cured silicone elastomer exhibits exceptional tear strength (up to 35 kN/m) and excellent elongation at break (400-800%). A single mold can withstand 100-300+ casting cycles without cracking, deforming, or losing detail — significantly reducing mold production costs.

③ Ultra-Low Shrinkage for Dimensional Stability
The addition cure process ensures no low-molecular byproducts are released during curing, resulting in linear shrinkage as low as 0.05%-0.1%. This remarkable dimensional stability makes it ideal for precision casting applications where tight tolerances are critical.

④ Wide Temperature & Material Compatibility
With a service temperature range from -60°C to +250°C, this silicone withstands repeated thermal cycling. It is compatible with a wide range of casting materials including polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane, gypsum, cement, wax, soap, and more — one mold serves multiple purposes.

⑤ User-Friendly & Easy to Work With
Simple 1:1 mix ratio by weight, room temperature curing without heating required. Working time ranges from 30-120 minutes (customizable), with full cure in 2-4 hours. Self-degassing properties ensure minimal bubbles, and vacuum degassing achieves professional results.
