Conventional bionic silicone is only suitable for constant temperature indoor environments, with poor climate adaptability. Ordinary silicone will harden and become brittle in winter low temperature, causing joint cracking; soften and collapse in summer high temperature, resulting in permanent skin deformation; and turn yellow, crack and peel under long-term outdoor UV radiation, leading to short service life and high maintenance costs. This product adopts new-generation weather-resistant molecular toughening and UV stabilization technology to greatly expand the service temperature range and outdoor aging resistance, achieving stable performance in four seasons.
It adopts stable 1:1 weight ratio mixing, room temperature curing and heating accelerated curing, compatible with pouring and brushing processes, suitable for integrated molding of outdoor robot outer skin and flexible joint cortex. The hardness ranges from 8A to 28A. 8-15A soft grade maintains flexible and skin-friendly touch in low temperature without brittleness. 18-28A high stability grade ensures no soft collapse and no sticky deformation under high temperature and strong sunlight, adapting to seasonal and day-night temperature difference changes.
The core advantage lies in all-weather stability and outdoor UV anti-aging performance. Different from ordinary silicone with extreme seasonal performance difference, this material keeps stable flexibility without hardening in cold winter and no relaxation in hot summer. The built-in UV anti-aging structure effectively blocks ultraviolet damage, preventing yellowing, fading, chalking and cracking during long-term outdoor exposure. It solves the industry pain point of rapid aging and seasonal deformation of outdoor robot skin, greatly extending the service life of bionic skin.
With ultra-low curing shrinkage rate ≤0.08%, the material accurately reproduces human skin micro-textures with natural and delicate simulation effect without artificial plastic sense. The upgraded weather-resistant color fastness formula ensures stable color performance under alternating temperature, wind and sunlight, no mottling, darkening or fading. It retains excellent dynamic tear resistance and fatigue resistance, with stable cortex structure without cracking, peeling or wrinkling after long-term seasonal movement and deformation.
It features excellent climate adaptability, resisting dry-wet alternation, wind and rain erosion and sudden temperature changes without performance attenuation. Adopting high-purity platinum eco-friendly curing system, the silicone is non-toxic, odorless and skin-friendly, safe for long-term outdoor public human-computer interaction and open display scenarios. It has moderate fluidity and smooth defoaming performance, producing flawless and uniform finished products, suitable for outdoor robot sample testing, customized production and large-scale mass production with stable batch weather resistance.

Operating Instructions
Fully stir Part A and Part B before use to evenly disperse weather-resistant and UV-resistant fillers and ensure consistent outdoor performance. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly by scraping bottom and walls to avoid local performance difference. Vacuum defoaming is required to ensure stable anti-aging performance of finished products. Room temperature pot life is 40-50 minutes, full curing for 5-9 hours. Heating curing at 60-80℃ accelerates production without damaging temperature resistance and weather-proof performance.
Notes
Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus contaminants. All tools and molds must be kept clean and dry. Avoid long-term strong acid and alkali rain erosion for outdoor use. Regular dust maintenance can extend outdoor service life. Skin contact test is required for public interactive products.
Packing & Storage
Part A and Part B packed separately in sealed drums: 5kg, 20kg, 200kg. Store in cool, dry and ventilated sealed environment, away from high temperature pollution and strong light. Shelf life: 12 months, transported as non-dangerous goods.
