HONG YE SILICONE Low Leakage Current Electronic Potting Silicone, a reliable leakage suppression potting silicone and insulation maintaining protective compound, is a premium Silicone Encapsulant. It bonds firmly to PCB, PC, PMMA and CPU, lowering electric leakage failure risk for sensitive electronic circuits.

Also named Electronic Potting Compound or Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive, this two-part addition cure liquid silicone forms stable elastomer after mixing A and B components. Its core strength is stable low leakage current under continuous voltage load. Besides this potting material, we supply Mold Making Silicone rubber, Pad printing silicone rubber and liquid Silicone Foam for one-stop sourcing.

How To Use

  1. Stir Part A fully to re-disperse settled fillers, shake Part B evenly.
  2. Mix A and B strictly following specified weight ratio.
  3. Degas mixed compound under 0.01 MPa vacuum for 3 minutes if bubble-free potting is needed.
  4. Pour and cure at room temperature or with heating; full cure takes 24 hours. Curing speed is affected by temperature and humidity.

A: Keep A and B sealed tightly. Mixed material should be used up quickly. Slight layer separation
after long storage is normal, stir thoroughly before use.
