This premium Silicone Potting Compound by HONG YE SILICONE is a professional RTV 2 Silicone Rubber and Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive. Made of pure Silicone raw materials, it belongs to Addition Curing Silicone, working perfectly as Filter Potting Silicone and Liquid Tank Sealant . Dual-component design with 1:1 mixing ratio supports room temperature and heating curing. Product Overview

This electronic potting silicone is two-component liquid Jelly Silicone Gel , widely applied in liquid tank filter systems and electronic module encapsulation. Part A is transparent liquid while Part B color can be customized freely. With high toughness and excellent resilience, it shares stable performance with High transparency mold silicone, ideal for high-efficiency air outlets and high-temperature equipment sealing.

Technical Specifications

A/B mixing ratio 1:1 by weight; 3 minutes degassing under 0.08MPa. Room temperature curing 3-8 hours, heating curing only 20 minutes at 80~100℃. Multiple packaging sizes optional, sealed storage for 1 year, transported as non-hazardous industrial material.

How to Use

Fully stir each component in original containers before blending.
