HONG YE SILICONE’s Industrial Duty Electronic Potting Silicone is a professional tough environment circuit protection material androbust service module Potting Compound. It forms a durable heavy load protective encapsulation layer for industrial electronic equipment working in harsh conditions. It stably operates at -60℃ to 220℃ with outstanding anti-corrosion and shock resistance. It complements our full product series including standard Electronic Potting Compound, high-efficiency Thermally Conductive Potting Compound, adhesive Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive and universal Silicone Encapsulant.

3. Vacuum Defoaming: Stir evenly and defoam for 3 minutes under 0.01MPa vacuum to achieve bubble-free industrial encapsulation.
4. Standard Curing: Cure at room temperature or heating condition; full curing takes 24 hours, affected by ambient temperature and humidity.
