Our Electronic Potting Compound is a two-component Addition Curing Silicone from HONG YE SILICONE, also known as Silicone Potting Compound and Liquid Tank Silicone . Formulated with premium Silicone raw materials, this RTV 2 Silicone Rubber features low viscosity, dual curing modes and excellent adhesion. Eco-friendly and high toughness, it acts as Jelly Silicone Gel and Filter Potting Silicone, perfect for liquid tank filters, LCD electronics and high-temperature equipment sealing. It delivers waterproof, insulation and shockproof protection, ideal for global industrial bulk procurement.

Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE electronic potting silicone is a dual-component liquid silicone , consisting of transparent Part A and standard blue Part B with customizable color. It is widely named Liquid Tank Adhesive and Silicone Encapsulant , serving as the preferred sealing material for liquid tank high-efficiency filters, electronic circuit boards and power modules. With the same strict quality as Industrial mold silicone rubber, it is safe, non-toxic and oil-free after curing.

Technical Specifications

Mixing ratio of Part A to Part B is 1:1 by weight. Vacuum degas for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa. It cures naturally in 3-8 hours at room temperature, or fast cures at 80~100℃ within 20 minutes. Sealed shelf life reaches 1 year, packaged in 1KG to 200KG per barrel, delivered as non-dangerous goods.

Product Features

It owns outstanding chemical stability, weather resistance and anti-corrosion performance. Moderate hardness and great elastic recovery resist high and low temperature without deformation. Low viscosity enables easy pouring; no by-products during curing, compatible with PC, PP, ABS, PVC and metal surfaces. It absorbs thermal expansion stress effectively to avoid cracking.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B evenly separately before mixing.

Blend two components strictly at 1:1 weight proportion.

Mix well then degas 3 minutes, pour directly into filter tank or electronic parts.

Choose heating curing in cold weather to shorten curing time.
